Cannot see or manage databases on sql209

Resolved - The issue has been resolved, and all databases are visible again.

However, it appears that databases that were created through the members area or control panel while the issue was happening were not created successfully, despite the interface saying the creation was successful. You may need to create the database again.

Investigating - There appears to be an issue with managing databases on database server sql209. Databases are not visible in the members area and control panel, and logging in to phpMyAdmin does not work. Creating or deleting databases is also not possible.

Existing websites are still able to use their databases, their access is not impacted by this issue.
