SSL Certificates on custom domains not taking effect

Identified - We have received an update from iFastNet about this issue.

The underlying issue has already been addressed, but is still being rolled out across all servers. Affected domains may still see the SSL connection issues, but iFastNet expects that they will be able to fix this later today.

As a workaround, it’s possible to fix SSL for individual domains by replacing the currently installed SSL certificate with a different one.

Investigating - We are investigating an issue where previously uploaded SSL certificates are not taking effect on custom domains. Affected websites show various errors saying that the SSL connection could not be established.

This issue appears to have started on the 21st or 20th of September already.

The issue affects multiple website IPs. It also seems to be happening intermittently.
